Disney’s Jungle Cruise Popcorn Party Mix
The Jungle Cruise ride is one of our favorite rides at Disneyland because the line is usually short and when we get off we head to Tropical Hideaway for Raspberry Dole Whip! Disney will release the Jungle Cruise movie starring Emily Blunt and the Rock. This Jungle Cruise popcorn party mix is a perfect way to celebrate the release of the movie! It’s a tasty mix of sweetness and saltiness and combines the theme colors of the movie! Read on for instructions to creating this fun movie-themed treat!

To Make Your Own Batch of Jungle Cruise Popcorn Party Mix You’ll Need These Ingredients:
- 2 cups of Green lemon -lime candy popcorn (instructions below)
- 2 cups of Zebra popcorn – any brand (chocolate and white chocolate coated)
- 2 cups of Caramel popcorn – any brand
- 2 cups of Animal crackers
- 1/4 cup dark green M&Ms – Traditional
- 1/4 cup green M&Ms – Traditional
- ¼ cup Brown Cocoa M&Ms
- ¼ cup toasted coconut (I’m allergic so I omitted it from my bowl)
Ingredients for Green lemon-lime candy corn:
- 2 cups of popcorn
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 packet of Kool Aid lemon – lime
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions for Lime Green Candy Corn:
Place popcorn in a large bowl (you’ll need room to stir the candy mixture in!)
In a medium pot over medium-high heat, bring sugar, kool aid mix, water, and butter to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and boil, stirring constantly, for 3 minutes. Pour over popcorn, stirring to coat (make sure you work quickly!). Spread on baking sheets lined with wax paper and let dry for 1-2 hours until no longer sticky.
Ingredients for Toasted Coconut:
- 1 tbsp. unsalted butter
- ¼ cup sweetened coconut
Directions for Toasted Coconut:
In a medium sauce pan add your butter. Once melted, then add shredded coconut. Continue stirring often until golden brown. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
To complete your Jungle Cruise Popcorn Party Mix grab a large bowl and add all ingredients. Gently toss to combine.
